Phantom Disbanded.
One of the most famous guilds in Unitera just ended.
Its fame came with the high levels players whom were part of it.

Sildo Zatlayn RP 211
Some trustable sources told us that the real reason of Phantom’s end was an internal disagreement in one of the Pits of Inferno Quest services. Probably Raynex fought against the rest of his guild, since besides him all the other members joined Velharia.
Raynex has no guild at the moment.
Amazon Armor?
17:50 Fardawg [94]: 19:49 You see an amazon armor (Arm:13, distance fighting +3). It can only be wielded properly by paladins of level 60 or higher. It weighs 99.00 oz.
Two days ago a Orc Raid happened in Thais, after some investigations Fardawg’s name came to our knowledge as a supposed owner of the first Amazon Armor in Unitera.
He just pasted the information of the armor at the Yalahar depot, The Uniterian tried to get a picture of the item, but he didn’t want to show it for us.
So it can be just a big lie, but a good lie is news

A Word on Rule Enforcement
Many people have read in October, the featured article about tutors.
As they published, in fact, tutors and senior tutors can report, but they don’t do the law enforcement, because CIPsoft does it; they receive the reportand process it, and they decide if it’s valid or not, and impose the punishment.
Some people don’t realize that we’re regular players, and we’re volunteer, our function isn’t only for report boards, names and statements, but we also answer questions at Help Channel and Support Boards, without earn any paycheck.
Another fact is that lately has been occurred the inversion of the values: For example, the criminal come to complain his banishment, that, by the way, was fair, because he commited a rule violation, was reported and penalized by CIPsoft. And in most of cases, guess who is the first to recieve the complain?
If you answer tutors and senior tutors, you got the point. The criminal always says: “Why don’t you go catch some botters? (Unfortunetaly, botters is a bad reality in Non-pvp servers, specially here in Unitera).
But we (tutors and st’s) don’t have influence on rule enforcement. Only a GM/CM can check a report rule violation (Ctrl + R). We’re limited to our jurisdiction, that woefully is restricted.
We need union and cooperation of everyone, to build a better community, because that’s our objetive, as it is written at our Code of Conduct.

The B-day Part II
Where’s my money?
That’s the question surrounding the head of several uniterians that got scammed by Benefactor.
Benefactor started offering a service for the Inquisition Quest and was charging 250k for it (if you checked the Valiant’s Inquisition Quest Service you’ll note that the price in Unitera is 350k). The good price and a few supporting repplies made a lot of people to choose Benefactor’s service.
The day for the service was marked for December 20th after one change of calendar, the day came and no sign of service. The customers started to worry about their money.
Maximus Unitera pronounced at the forums:
Good afternoon to all of unitera … I would like to clarify here that I was part of the team’s benefactor for reporting service, but did not know that he stole large. I am extremely disappointed with this act and repudiation all believe that if better than the others and they are thieves. I have been trying to talk him to return the money to everyone, but without success so far. So benefactor if you’re reading this right now is honest and remember that the team was not just you. I want to stress that I have received nothing, because if he had received to repay the friends that were in question and paid for it. Ends here my dissatisfaction with this event and hope that everything is normal in the best manner possible. Thank you all!

The Uniterian: Do you think there is any chances of all this to be a misunderstanding and Benefactor return the money for his clients?
Maximus Unitera: Look…i don’t know Benefactor too much…never hunted with him.. he just called me to join and i accepted… tried to talk with him about giving the money back… but he doesn’t answer me… i guess he’ll steal everyone.
The Uniterian: He’s not retired of anything, suddenly, there’s no rason for him to not changing the thread in case of a date change, right? I’m just confirming some information.
Maximus Unitera: Correct…Is this it..he didn’t pronounce on his defense yet and he should, because he’s being called a thief in the forums…even i posted something asking for apologies to everyone.
After all these commentaries, a quote is around the forums:

The only few words about this case that came from Benefactor is that he got hacked and lost all the money. The Uniterian tried to enter in contact with him but had no answer.
If your memory is good you may remember of the Inq service made by Boroleste when he stole 1.8kk from his clients and left in a teleport in the beginning of the quest.
A sad day to everyone is repeating today.
The Uniterian wishes the recovery of the money for the customers and that events like these won’t happen again.

Valiant Draco: the other worlds that have lower prices are a lot older than this server, however Nerana and other servers that close to the age of this server have higher prices or almost the same. On Nerana, POI is 200k while on Unitera, it’s 150k
The Uniterian: What can you tell us about the fails on the bosses?
Valiant Draco: Bosses on a npvp server is a lot more difficult than the ones on pvp servers, many people come to just ruin the quest such as blocking sioers with mwalls. To them, if they can’t get the rares, no one can. In end, it’s CIP fault since they change the MW rune
The Uniterian: As far as i know, in the attack of Ferumbras there wasn’t anyone throwing magic walls. What happened there then?
Valiant Draco: the other knights wanted the shooters to die, as seen in the video, they didn’t even try to lure Ferumbras away. They should stood there, not helping and noting res demons/pillars. Even with many demons on me, I try to res Ferumbras away
The Uniterian: Do you think that the common use of bots is a possible reason of that lack of ability of the knights?
Valiant Draco: no, people use bots on pvp servers, that’s not the main reason
